This document is a working draft prepared for review by a qualified legal adviser in Bangladesh. It has not been approved, and it should not be relied on as a statement of the studio’s legal position until it has been.
01About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between Grofast Digital BD and a client — that is set out in a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict.
02Information on this site
Content here is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, methods and indicative rates are illustrative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timelines and fees are fixed only in a written proposal.
Where a page states that figures, client names or results are withheld pending verification, that statement is accurate and deliberate. Nothing on this site should be treated as a performance guarantee.
03Intellectual property
The Grofast Digital name, logo, brand artwork and the written content of this site belong to Grofast Digital BD. Third-party names and marks that appear here remain the property of their respective owners and are used only with permission.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it without written consent.
04Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we consider it useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
05Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than on advice given under an engagement.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
