Grofast Digital BD operates this website and is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our registered contact details are published on the contact page.

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name if you provide one, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and the message you write. We collect these because they are what we need in order to reply usefully.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include confidential client information in an initial enquiry.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies by default. If analytics are enabled in future, this notice will be updated before they are switched on, and the provider, the data collected and the retention period will be named here.

Embedded video is loaded only after you click play, and uses a privacy-enhanced player domain so that no third-party cookie is set unless you choose to watch.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.

If you become a client, the relevant data is retained under the terms of our engagement agreement instead.

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry data may pass through the infrastructure providers that host this site and deliver our email. Where an engagement requires access to your advertising or analytics accounts, that access is granted by you and can be revoked by you at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
